Managing Director, Tax Investor Coverage

• Develop long-term client relationships with tax and finance leaders at the largest F250 tax credit buyers
• Build net new relationships for Crux through conferences, networking, outreach, partnerships, and inbound leads
• Serve as a trusted partner to transact, helping clients build and execute on their tax credit purchase strategy through all stages of transaction
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on technical topics related to tax credits and contribute to developing new offerings

This role accelerates investment in clean energy and manufacturing projects by connecting tax credit buyers with developers, unlocking faster decision making, lower cost of capital, and trillions of dollars in capital needed for the clean economy transformation.

• 12+ years of experience in tax, accounting, legal practice, and/or tax advantaged investing
• Proven track record building and owning long-term client relationships with tax and finance teams at large corporations from scratch
• Comfortable and confident with cold outreach, conference participation and public speaking
• Strong collaborative and team orientation with unrivaled relationship building skills

• Compensation: Total cash compensation: $500,000s - $700,000s, depending on years of experience & revenue scope, not inclusive of equity value. Opportunity to exceed bonus targets based on performance. Stock options in a rapidly growing company.
