Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Facilitate strategic planning and implementation of When We All Vote's partnerships and organizing strategy
- Provide day-to-day management of partnerships and organizing programs as a key member of the leadership team
- Lead partnership program for over 100 national and local community partners to drive voter registration, education, and turnout
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners through meetings, trainings, events, and tracking

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in organizing, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement
- 5+ years of direct supervisory or management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading national organizing programs and/or partnership management
- Proven experience managing projects, staff, systems, and processes for organizations
