Managing Director of Partnerships & Organizing

Core responsibilities:

• Facilitate strategic planning and implementation of When We All Vote's partnerships and organizing strategy
• Provide day-to-day management of partnerships and organizing programs as a key member of the leadership team
• Lead partnership program for over 100 national and local community partners to drive voter registration, education, and turnout
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners through meetings, trainings, events, and tracking

This role creates positive change by leading voter registration, education, and turnout efforts through partnerships and organizing, helping to close the race and age voting gap and build an informed, engaged electorate for current and future generations.

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in organizing, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement
• 5+ years of direct supervisory or management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading national organizing programs and/or partnership management
• Proven experience managing projects, staff, systems, and processes for organizations

Salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 annually (adjusted for cost of labor based on work location)
