Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal Programs and Operations colleagues
  • Facilitate agreements among multicultural teams and manage operational requirements including grantmaking, contract and budget management, and reporting
  • Build and align operational practices with programmatic needs and support the buildout of a new CRM platform
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships to engage philanthropic peers and weave together relationships, resources, knowledge, and networks
