What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of frontend engineers, providing technical direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of frontend applications for industrial users
  • Set team standards, mentor junior engineers, and participate in code reviews to develop a strong engineering culture
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, backend engineers, and infrastructure engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience with Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience leading frontend teams, setting technical standards, and driving delivery through mentorship and collaboration
  • Expertise in JavaScript (modern ECMAScript), CSS3 (preferably SASS), HTML5, React, and TypeScript
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, modern frontend build tools, architectural patterns, and WCAG accessibility standards
