Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute the global sales enablement strategy to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs and ongoing training for new and existing sales team members.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations to provide relevant, easy-to-access content, playbooks, and tools that support every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Partner with sales leadership to embed coaching frameworks and reinforce best practices across teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Experience creating and scaling enablement programs for high-growth sales organizations.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
