What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach Residential Field Service Managers (RFSMs) to meet performance and quality targets
  • Act as primary escalation point for subcontractor and field issues, ensuring consistent execution of processes and service standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service delays, escalations, or process gaps
  • Analyze service data to identify trends and recommend improvements for field operations

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in solar operations, field service management, or subcontractor oversight
  • 2+ years experience leading or coaching a distributed team
  • Solid understanding of residential solar systems and service workflows
  • Comfortable with data analysis and digital tools (e.g., CRMs, service platforms)
