What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead and coach Residential Field Service Managers (RFSMs) to meet performance and quality targets
- Act as primary escalation point for subcontractor and field issues, ensuring consistent execution of processes and service standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service delays, escalations, or process gaps
- Analyze service data to identify trends and recommend improvements for field operations

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in solar operations, field service management, or subcontractor oversight
- 2+ years experience leading or coaching a distributed team
- Solid understanding of residential solar systems and service workflows
- Comfortable with data analysis and digital tools (e.g., CRMs, service platforms)
