Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead project management and deliverables for 3-4 nonprofit clients requiring capacity-building, operations, and data services
  • Design and facilitate workshops, coach clients on organizational development strategies, and conduct audits of operational systems
  • Research best-practice tools and models, draft recommendations and reports, and support data-collection projects
  • Provide support on other CLS client projects such as grant writing and strategic planning as needed

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Work experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in operations, finance, HR, or program management
  • Familiarity with software tools commonly used by nonprofits for fundraising, operations, finance, and project management
  • Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail and background in data collection & analysis
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment and adept at online/virtual workplace tools (Asana, Slack, Google Suite, Zoom)
