Manager, Girls & Women Programs

• Manage the Foundation's women coach training and education content to deliver impactful learning experiences, with a goal of reaching 50,000 women coaches and educators by 2031
• Manage the Foundation's girls' program to deliver impactful sports-based youth development experiences for girls from historically marginalized communities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative training, curriculum, and technical assistance materials for the sports-based youth development and soccer communities
• Support research, coalition building, and activation of meaningful partners to support girls and women in soccer

This role creates positive change by developing and implementing programs that increase participation and success of girls and women in soccer, particularly in underserved communities, through training, education, and coalition building.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of professional experience in driving girls' participation in sport and/or women participation in coaching
• Specific knowledge in content areas related to sport for development trainings, including gender equity, youth work, health equity, sport for development, conflict resolution, and/or social entrepreneurship
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing training and professional development events for women
• Demonstrated knowledge of issues impacting girls and women in underserved communities and experience in initiatives empowering under-represented communities
