Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the Foundation's women coach training and education content to deliver impactful learning experiences, with a goal of reaching 50,000 women coaches and educators by 2031
- Manage the Foundation's girls' program to deliver impactful sports-based youth development experiences for girls from historically marginalized communities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative training, curriculum, and technical assistance materials for the sports-based youth development and soccer communities
- Support research, coalition building, and activation of meaningful partners to support girls and women in soccer

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of professional experience in driving girls' participation in sport and/or women participation in coaching
- Specific knowledge in content areas related to sport for development trainings, including gender equity, youth work, health equity, sport for development, conflict resolution, and/or social entrepreneurship
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing training and professional development events for women
- Demonstrated knowledge of issues impacting girls and women in underserved communities and experience in initiatives empowering under-represented communities
