Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop, implement, manage, and assess equity and inclusion projects and initiatives to promote an organizational culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Oversee the growth and support of Employee Network Group programming and engagements, including developing trainings for leaders and assisting with planning activities
  • Assist with the development, organization, and facilitation of equity and inclusion focused staff professional development, including identifying external partners and maintaining a database of offerings
  • Lead data collection, analysis, and packaging for equity and inclusion department data and organizational data through an equity and inclusion lens

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Public Health, Counseling, Education) with 3-5 years of direct experience executing diversity, equity, and inclusion projects
  • Experience leading and managing equity and inclusion projects and initiatives, with strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs and workshops on diversity and inclusion topics, with knowledge of navigating cross-cultural conversations about race, identity, and culture
  • Understanding of systemic structures that perpetuate mental health disparities, particularly for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, with experience working with youth and young adults (ages 14-25)
