Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects with the capacity to give five- to six-figure gifts annually, designing and implementing individualized strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors
  • Ensure all solicitations, acknowledgments, and receipts comply with IRS regulations governing 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities, accurately classifying gifts and tracking donor intent
  • Contribute to the design and execution of fundraising campaigns that integrate c3 and c4 strategies, working closely with program and communications staff
  • Maintain a disciplined moves management system with accurate data entry and reporting, regularly evaluating portfolio activity toward revenue goals

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5–7 years of experience in major gifts fundraising with a proven track record of securing five- and six-figure gifts
  • Demonstrated experience fundraising for both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations, including knowledge of related IRS regulations
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and storytelling skills with proficiency in donor databases (CRM) and standard fundraising tools
  • CFRE preferred, ability to travel 4-6 times/year, and must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
