Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to Maestral's clients on consulting projects in the MENA region and globally
- Work as an affiliate consultant in one or more of Maestral's technical focus areas: Care Reform, Child and Adolescent Wellbeing, and Child Focused Social Policy
- Support Maestral's growing portfolio in the MENA region and collaborate with the new MENA Regional Office in Amman, Jordan
- Work independently and in teams on project-based assignments, applying critical thinking and analysis

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in at least one of Maestral's technical focus areas (Care Reform, Child and Adolescent Wellbeing, Child Focused Social Policy)
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (required for project work and internal communication)
- 5+ years of experience providing technical assistance via consulting projects (preferred)
- Prior experience consulting or working with UN agencies (considered an asset)
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong teamwork skills
- Willingness and availability to travel for short-term project assignments
- Adaptive, flexible, and able to work in fast-paced environments
