Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assisting with lighting design, including calculations and energy analysis
- Preparing project lighting drawings and specifications, and creating renderings and presentation materials
- Coordinating work within the Mazzetti team and with other disciplines, and supporting sustainability and LEED efforts across projects
- Contributing to a diverse range of projects, including healthcare, hospitality, civic, commercial, and residential designs, while implementing sustainable lighting design

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Lighting Design, or related field
- 2-8 years of experience in the lighting design industry with 2+ years of experience with Revit, CAD, and/or other BIM programs
- 2+ years of experience in photometric modeling using AGI32, LightStanza, and Dialux (or similar)
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, organized, self-starter, and interest in sustainable and energy-efficient design
