What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Review and approve energy modeling results for commercial & residential projects
- Validate code compliance for ASHRAE 90.1, IECC, and related standards
- Provide engineering judgment on proposed energy measures
- Prepare or review stamped compliance reports

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Active PE license (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 5+ years experience in building energy modeling
- Strong proficiency with EnergyPlus and deep understanding of ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G
- Experience preparing compliance or LEED-related documentation with strong attention to detail
