Legal Intern, Law Scholars for Change (Fall 2025 / Spring 2026)

• Research and analyze federal, state, and local laws related to animal protection.
• Draft memoranda and create presentations for programmatic and fundraising projects.
• Draft and revise contracts for the organization.
• Assist with corporate governance tasks pertaining to legal compliance.

This role contributes to Mercy For Animals' mission by providing legal support that helps advance animal protection laws and policies, ultimately reducing animal suffering and promoting more humane treatment of animals.

• Currently enrolled in law school or recent law school graduate.
