Learning Facilitator

• Work with business and HR stakeholders and Learning & Development Instructional Designers to ensure program content is relevant, complete and supports learning objectives.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops.
• Evaluate participant progress through assessments and feedback, and adjust instructional methods as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to participants, helping them achieve their learning goals.

The Learning Facilitator creates positive change by promoting engagement and skill development for a diverse population of employees, helping them achieve their learning goals and continuously improving training programs to support the organization's sustainability vision.

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the industry, learning delivery, instructional design and development within a corporate team environment, or equivalent.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems (LMS).
