What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and create staff Development Plans using skills assessment data and existing frameworks
  • Develop a framework for learning effectiveness monitoring and tracking with KPIs and metrics
  • Incorporate adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design into programs
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve learning programs

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in program design in a Learning and Development context
  • Expert-level knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies
  • Expert-level knowledge of current trends and best practices in Learning and Development
  • Oral and written fluency in English
