What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design and create staff Development Plans using skills assessment data and existing frameworks
- Develop a framework for learning effectiveness monitoring and tracking with KPIs and metrics
- Incorporate adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design into programs
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve learning programs

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of seven years of experience in program design in a Learning and Development context
- Expert-level knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies
- Expert-level knowledge of current trends and best practices in Learning and Development
- Oral and written fluency in English
