Lead Software Engineer & Manager

• Lead and manage the Embedded Software team in designing and implementing GridBridge products
• Develop, support, debug, and enhance embedded software in Linux and bare metal environments
• Drive functional safety compliance processes to meet certification requirements
• Work closely with Power Electronics Hardware and Controls team throughout design and development

This role contributes to revitalizing power delivery systems for critical applications through breakthrough hardware and embedded software that enables distributed resources, enhances reliability and resilience, and improves efficiency.

• 15+ years of applicable experience with at least 3 years managing direct reports
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and scripting/shell programming (Python, JavaScript, REACT)
• Working understanding of communications protocols (CANBus, Ethernet, WiFi, USB, Serial, LTE)
• Experience using JIRA and Git in development environments
