Lead / Senior Product Designer

• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery for core product features and workflows
• Translate complex systems, data, and workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to understand customer needs
• Contribute to and maintain a robust design system for consistency and scalability
