Lead React Native Engineer

• Lead the architecture and implementation of core React Native features, including native modules/bridges where it makes sense.
• Bring a strong product lens - you'll work closely with design and product to make smart trade-offs and ship high-impact features fast.
• Drive app performance from every angle - The Halter app has a complex mobile product, understanding of how to tune it is an essential skillset.
• Build resilient offline-first flows and graceful error handling for real-world field conditions.

This role helps farmers make smarter decisions for more productive and sustainable farms, leading to more grass, healthier soil, happier animals, and more time back for farmers.

• Are deep in React Native and have strong opinions on mobile architecture (navigation, state, module boundaries).
• Think like a product engineer-customer outcomes first, clean code in service of that.
• Know when to go native and how to design stable bridges.
• Have shipped complex React Native apps in cross-functional teams.
