Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years designing B2B, data-rich technical products; first/solo design hire or founding designer experience preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with emphasis on usability, visual design excellence, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience instrumenting PostHog (or equivalent), defining event taxonomy, building funnels/cohorts, and using insights to inform design
  • Advanced skills in Figma (prototyping, component libraries) and familiarity with other design/wireframing tools
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools and ability to prompt, evaluate, and refine outputs into production-ready designs
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
  • Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
