Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Curate, organize, and maintain up-to-date resources on Omnia (intranet), SharePoint, and Teams to ensure accessibility and ease of use for IP staff in multiple languages
- Analyze operational workflows within IP to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing process enhancements
- Design clear, visually appealing, and culturally relevant layouts for resources, tools, and guidance materials, ensuring alignment with organizational branding
- Promote adoption and effective use of knowledge management tools through training, guidance, and user support

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, communications, information management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in knowledge management, process improvement, internal communications, resource design, or related field
- Proficiency in collaboration tools, especially SharePoint, Teams, and document management systems
- Demonstrated ability to design visually clear, branded, and engaging resources (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
- Experience in a multi-lingual, cross-cultural work environment; NGO or international development experience preferred
