What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, updating, and enforcement of comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices
- Plan and execute regular internal audits, assessments, and gap analyses to evaluate compliance effectiveness and identify areas of non-compliance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance, developing risk registers and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare comprehensive reports on program effectiveness for leadership

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years proven experience developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs, preferably within automotive OEM with type approval and homologation requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading documentation, operationalization, and process improvement within technical or safety-critical compliance domains
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate compliance requirements and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Project management skills to manage compliance initiatives, track progress, and meet deadlines
