What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives to drive customer growth and revenue while managing and mentoring a Business Development team

- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through close, including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 4+ years of experience in business development or 7+ years in a senior-level sales role
- 3+ years of experience leading a Business or Sales Development team, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service
