Solana Program Engineer

• Build high-performance production grade Solana programs in Rust (Anchor or Native)
• Work on advanced DeFi protocols including Central Limit Order Books, on-chain AMMs, lending markets, and governance mechanisms
• Develop core infrastructure and tooling such as smart contract wallets, gasless relayers, and indexers
• Create on-chain applications and middleware including token launch frameworks and real-world asset registries

This role helps accelerate the development of core blockchain infrastructure and decentralized finance protocols that enable individuals to own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information and value freely around the world.

• 2+ years of experience building and shipping Solana programs
• Strong familiarity with Solana's runtime (SVM), SPL tokens, PDAs, and Anchor
• Hands-on experience building or contributing to DeFi protocols
• Understanding of state compression, account metering, and program optimization
• Passionate about DeFi and familiar with onchain mechanics
• Enjoy contributing to open source and improving developer tools
