FP&A Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets and liquidity planning for the organization
• Develop, manage and maintain complex financial models for overall organization as well as various business initiatives
• Analyze off- and on-chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Analyze how markets, partnerships, and incentive programs are performing over time, and which are creating long-term value

This role helps realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information and value freely around the world by supporting the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or related fields or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as strategy consultant, investment banker, VC, private equity or other high-performance industry
• Extremely strong analytical skills and detail oriented working style — you love and excel at working with data, spreadsheets, and financial models
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling required; experience with Causal, Airtable, and Coefficient a plus
