Senior Software Engineer, Payments

Core responsibilities:

• Drive feature development for high priority payment-related products including standards for on-chain payments, Solana Pay, compliance requirements, and automated payments
• Support ecosystem teams and prospective builders as a technical point-of-contact for processing payments in the Solana ecosystem
• Interface with developers building on Solana to review their work, collect feedback, and inform key payment-related development

This role improves payments, stablecoins, and tokenization throughout the entire Solana network, helping realize a world where individuals own their data and transfer information and value freely around the world.

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years working in blockchain or platform-focused teams building payment systems at scale
• Experience using Rust, TypeScript, or other performant languages in production environments
• Established experience with payment systems (on-chain or traditional finance)
• Experience designing and operating APIs
• Deep interest in the impact of blockchain technologies on global money movement
