Senior Systems Analyst : Gainsight

• Design scalable, customer-centric workflows and align Gainsight with Salesforce
• Integrate Gainsight with project management tools like JIRA and leverage AI technologies to enhance outcomes
• Serve as solution architect and implementer for end-to-end Gainsight workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and user requirements clearly and comprehensively

This role enhances customer success strategies by designing scalable workflows and integrating AI technologies, ultimately improving client outcomes and supporting the organization's mission of empowering clients with intelligence to disrupt adversaries.

• 4+ years in a Customer Success Operations/Gainsight Admin role with Level 3 Gainsight certification
• Proven ability to write high-quality solution design documents and manage work to project schedules
• Extensive Gainsight workflow, dashboard, and reporting experience with Salesforce.com and JIRA integration
• Experience with pooled/digital CSM models and delivering within defined release processes

The base salary range is $109,500-$164,000, with potential for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K benefits.
