Professional Services Project Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client project leads, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensuring delivery milestones and quality standards are met
• Maintain data integrity and cleanliness by mastering client-side data lifecycles, applying rigorous standards to incoming feeds, and proactively resolving quality issues
• Oversee end-to-end management of custom data collection, ensuring CRM administration and reporting accuracy while meeting unique client compliance standards
• Manage custom service requests outside standard product offerings by defining project scopes, identifying risks, and proactively clearing roadblocks to prevent delays and cost overruns

This role creates positive change by enabling government affairs professionals to effectively manage stakeholder engagement, launch advocacy campaigns, and track legislative activity, ultimately improving the advocacy process and democratic participation.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience as a technical project manager or similar role bridging client business needs and technical execution
• Strong understanding of data lifecycles, data quality standards, and CRM systems
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into scalable technical delivery solutions
• Proven track record in project scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
