Senior Salesforce Engineer

• Maintain a suite of Salesforce managed packages, overseeing the entire lifecycle from design through development, testing, and deployment
• Guide the ongoing development of Salesforce products as requirements evolve to ensure solutions meet client needs
• Provide exceptional development and support to customers, helping them maximize the value of their investment in KnowWho to Salesforce product
• Develop comprehensive understanding of KnowWho Salesforce CRM packages and products within the first month

• Experience with Salesforce development and managed packages
