Head Of Growth - EdTech (Full remote - French fluent 🇫🇷)

Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine to transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine.

• Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched
• Architect Funnels and campaigns hands-on, including tracking setup and implementation oversight
• Relentless Optimization through CRO & A/B testing, designing, launching, and analyzing experiments
• Channel Exploration & Scaling to identify next winning acquisition channels
• Design and optimize growth loops across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion
• Player-Coach Leadership managing the Growth team by showing standard of excellence
• Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality focusing on high-intent leads and deals closed

This role creates positive change by engineering behavioral change at scale for millions of people, helping them grow, learn, and act on their potential through an AI-augmented ecosystem that translates insight into transformation.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments
• Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion
• Skills in Growth Diagnosis & System Thinking, Persuasion & Behavioral Insight, and Analytical capabilities
• Personality traits: Curiosity, Hands-On Execution, Precision, Agility
• Language: Native/Bilingual French and Fluent English
