LXD - Learning Experience Designer - AI x EdTech ( French fluent 🇫🇷)

• Design the full learning system architecture and execution, creating journeys that engage both heart and brain
• Craft premium, high-impact course experiences by co-creating with experts and leading end-to-end design
• Develop AI conversations and loops by writing and optimizing prompt chains for human, transformative exchanges
• Analyze, measure, and iterate based on transformation KPIs and user feedback to drive practice and retention

• 3-6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred)
• Proven track record of shipping major features/products end-to-end with measurable results
• Strong writing skills, aesthetic sensibility, and comfort with AI tools and Figma
• Critical thinker who is user/impact obsessed, craft-obsessed, and digital/AI savvy
