Senior Growth Manager - EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷)

Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine to transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine.

• Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched
• Architect Funnels and campaigns hands-on, overseeing implementation directly
• Relentless Optimization through CRO & A/B testing across funnels, pricing, messaging
• Channel Exploration & Scaling to identify next winning acquisition channels
• Design and optimize growth loops across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Player-Coach Leadership managing Growth team by showing standard of excellence
• Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality focusing on high-intent leads and deals closed

This role creates positive change by engineering behavioral change at scale for millions of people, helping them grow, learn, and act on their potential through an AI-augmented ecosystem that translates insight into transformation.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments
• Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion
• Growth Diagnosis & System Thinking, Persuasion & Behavioral Insight, and Analytical competencies
• Curiosity, Hands-On Execution, Precision, and Agility personality traits
• French native/bilingual and English fluent language skills
