AI Learning Designer - EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷)

• Design the full learning system architecture and execution, creating journeys that engage both heart and brain
• Craft premium, high-impact course experiences with experts, owning end-to-end design from strategy to delivery
• Write and optimize AI conversations and prompt chains to create human-feeling, transformative exchanges
• Analyze, measure, and iterate based on transformation KPIs, user feedback, and performance metrics

• 3-6 years experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred)
• Proven track record of shipping major features/products end-to-end with measurable results
• Strong writing skills with aesthetic sensibility and comfort with AI tools and Figma
• Critical thinker who is user and impact obsessed, with ability to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses
