What you will drive

Transform a "Personal Brand" into a "Top-Tier Media" by leading the Content Factory with creative authority to produce unique, value-aligned content that outshines competitors.

  • Architect a dual-brand strategy where David Laroche's personal brand and Paradox's company brand reinforce each other without cannibalization, proposing radical new formats and defining distinct editorial lines for different platforms.
  • Take responsibility for the entire production chain from concept to delivery, including writing hooks, storyboarding, hiring necessary talent, and ensuring flawless execution with David as the "actor."
  • Command the internal content team by setting standards, providing artistic direction, acting as the final quality check, and challenging the team to upskill for better storytelling.
  • Fuel the growth engine by collaborating with the Head of Growth to produce content designed for conversion in ads, analyzing performance metrics to iterate and scale successful content.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven Content Builder with experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views), understanding virality and retention mechanics.
  • Editorial Leadership experience managing creative teams (editors, designers) and providing feedback to elevate content quality.
  • Elite Scripting Skills demonstrated through scripts that performed well, with ability to structure narratives, write engaging hooks, and keep audiences engaged for extended periods.
  • Performance Fluency from working in environments where content drives business results (ads, launches, conversion), not just vanity metrics.
  • French and English fluency required, with native/bilingual proficiency in French and fluent English for detailed conversations.
