Learning Product Designer - AI x EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷)

As our Learning Experience Designer, you'll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: "This didn't just teach me, it changed me."

• Learning Experience Architecture - Owns the full learning system, from architecture to execution
• Craft a premium, high-impact course experience

• Analyze, Measure, Iterate for Transformation and Stickiness

You'll play a crucial role in developing a company whose content and products will be used by millions of people, contributing to the Paradox Foundation dedicated to empowering teenagers and helping clients make positive changes in their lives.

• 3-6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred)
• You've shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end, and can show measurable results
• Comfortable with AI tools, Figma
• Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across a variety of asset types
• French native, English fluent
