As our Learning Experience Designer, you'll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: "This didn't just teach me, it changed me."

• Learning Experience Architecture - Owns the full learning system, from architecture to execution
• Craft a premium, high-impact course experience
• Craft AI Conversations and Loops
• Analyze, Measure, Iterate for Transformation and Stickiness

You'll play a crucial role in developing a company whose content and products will be used by millions of people, helping them transform their lives through learning experiences that change how they live, think, and create.

• 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred)
• Comfortable with AI tools, Figma
• Strong writing skills and aesthetic sensibility
• French native and fluent English
