Principal Software Engineer, Full Stack (AI) Engineering

Core responsibilities:

• Drive the architecture and design of AI solutions, leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Design, and Data Science
• Design, build, and refine the front-end interfaces that bring AI capabilities to life for employees and customers
• Build high-performance Agentic Experiences (AX) for web and mobile, engineered for streaming responses and low latency
• Develop robust backend services to power AI solutions, including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and generative AI features

This role creates positive change by building secure, enterprise-grade AI Agents that make identity management safer and more accessible, enabling secure technology use anywhere while shaping platform foundations for scalable AI at enterprise scale.

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years in software engineering with deep expertise in front-end development (8+ years in modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular)
• 6+ years with backend systems design and development (Python preferred, Java, Node.js, or Go)
• Proven experience integrating LLMs and MCPs into production-ready, user-facing applications
• Strong background in building distributed systems, microservices, and resilient APIs (REST/GraphQL) on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Compensation and benefits:

• Annual base salary range: $194,000-$325,000 USD depending on location
