Team Building and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Scalability: Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems to meet the demands of the organization.

7-10 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance recruiting teams with a focus on data driven decision making.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, Greenhouse preferred.
