Profile
What makes you a great fit
7-10 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance recruiting teams with a focus on data driven decision making.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, Greenhouse preferred.
