Senior Analyst, Retail Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee billing processes including invoice generation, exception monitoring, and accuracy improvements
• Manage customer enrollment, regulatory compliance, and commission tracking for commercial electricity customers
• Provide customer service support and coordinate between operations, billing, and support teams
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
