Mission

What you will drive

  • Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables and respond to client inquiries
  • Work on client grant invoices and grant reports, assist in tracking and managing the grant cycle, and prepare financial analyses and reports
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, lead client engagements, and manage team workflows to complete client deliverables
  • Prepare and analyze client budgets, oversee multiple aspects of client deliverables, and coordinate with different departments to complete client work

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, CPA licensure or active CPA candidate, and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with exposure to preparing and analyzing financial statements and preparing supporting schedules for audits
  • Supervisory or team-lead experience, excellent organizational and project management skills, and ability to work across multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations or government contractors, with preferred grant management and proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Excel, and Sage Intacct
