What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline that is approximately twice your sales quota
- Drive your pipeline by generating around 30% through proactive outbound efforts including LinkedIn, calls, and emails
- Own the entire sales process from discovery and product demos to negotiations, aiming to close a minimum of 40% of deals successfully
- Lead comprehensive discovery calls, deliver live product demonstrations, and engage in detailed negotiations about Bloomerang's software and services

Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS, achieving at least 95% of annual quota and consistently meeting 90% of monthly targets
- Eagerness to learn and grow through feedback, self-reflection, and exploration
- Self-sourcing capability to successfully generate 30% of total deals through proactive efforts
- Salesforce proficiency to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Expert product knowledge to effectively communicate value and build trust
