Communications Director

• Design and execute integrated communications strategies to build durable support for renewable energy initiatives across diverse political and cultural landscapes
• Lead multi-channel campaigns spanning message development, paid and earned media, and stakeholder engagement to influence public opinion and shape policy environments
• Manage client relationships with developers and philanthropic partners, providing strategic counsel and aligning campaign execution with transforming America's energy future
• Establish and optimize communication workflows, performance metrics, and reporting systems to track campaign effectiveness

This role creates positive change by accelerating advanced energy adoption across the United States, shaping public opinion and policy environments to support renewable energy deployment and transform America's energy future.

• 7+ years communications experience in campaigns, public affairs, and/or political communications roles
• Proven track record managing integrated communications programs with messaging, paid media, earned media, digital engagement, and stakeholder outreach
• Experience managing and leading communications teams, including overseeing staff, contractors, and cross-functional collaboration
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences including community stakeholders, elected officials, and media

• Annual salary range: $80,000 to $130,000
