Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new client relationships within target industries including commercial, non-profit, and higher education sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Prospect and generate new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and industry events
- Partner with recruiters to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements and manage job orders throughout the hiring process

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 2–4 years in staffing or recruiting sales (must have experience selling staffing services)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven negotiation and closing abilities
- Hunter mentality, results-driven, and highly motivated by targets and commissions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
