Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new client relationships within target industries including commercial, non-profit, and higher education sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Prospect and generate new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and industry events
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements and manage job orders throughout the hiring process

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 2–4 years in staffing or recruiting sales (must have experience selling staffing services)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven negotiation and closing abilities
  • Hunter mentality, results-driven, and highly motivated by targets and commissions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
