What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Plan and host 2 events each month for apartment residents to foster connections and community engagement
  • Provide caring touch to residents and staff through personal communication and acts of hospitality
  • Develop marketing materials including monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts
  • Manage event budget process and prepare monthly summaries

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Basic fluency in English AND Spanish for communication and reporting
  • Current driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends when residents are home
