What you will drive

As a IoT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable backend systems that power our platform
  • Integrating new LoRaWAN IoT hardware devices
  • Developing and maintaining payload decoders/encoders to support seamless communication between our system and third-party devices
  • Tackling backend engineering tickets, optimizing hardware integrations, and contributing to building robust, future-proof code

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional work experience building and maintaining IoT and backend systems
  • Advanced English level with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of LoRaWAN architecture, protocol stack, and network components
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and C/C++ (for embedded systems)
  • Knowledge of wireless communication protocols - specifically LoRa
  • Familiarity with IoT platforms and cloud services - specifically AWS IoT and experience with IoT communication protocols - specifically MQTT
  • Experience in integrating various IoT devices
