International Development Work Assignment Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of DOS-funded project activities, ensuring effective project delivery and compliance.
• Serve as Work Assignment Manager for assigned projects, working closely with project teams to develop project strategies, work plans, budgets and reports.
• Oversee, as delegated, financial, HR, compliance, and risk management aspects of project implementation.
• Support the Project Management team and international field teams in the effective management of project activities and deliverables.

This role supports the implementation of a U.S. Department of State funded global infrastructure and investment activity, helping to resolve barriers holding back investors and accelerating project development and execution in international development contexts.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in international development project management and implementation.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operational management and program oversight.
• Skills in compliance monitoring and facilitating technical capabilities.
• Experience overseeing subcontractor delivery and coordinating with home office and field teams.
