Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on organizational development, sector trends, and systems-related issues relevant to Amref Health Africa in Ethiopia's priorities
- Support the development of strategic documents, internal briefs, concept notes, and presentations
- Assist transformation initiatives by tracking progress, preparing summaries, and supporting coordination activities across teams
- Support strategic communications work aligned with organizational priorities and key initiatives

Required qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Health, Communications, Public Policy, Business, International Development, or a related field
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear and practical outputs
- Ability to prepare well-organized and visually appealing documents, briefs, and presentations
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
