Intern, Global Strategy Analytics

• Conduct research on emerging industry topics within industrial real estate, focusing on areas like supply chain location strategies, automation impacts, or data center trends.
• Support global research data management by contributing to the improvement of data architecture and research processes to enhance dataset accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Develop AI applications for research by assisting in the design and development of AI tools to synthesize information and generate actionable insights for the Global Research team.

This role contributes to creating intelligent infrastructure that powers global commerce, helping businesses move faster, operate smarter, and grow sustainably through improved supply chains and energy solutions.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising sophomores - seniors) or graduate program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; for technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.
• Motivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow, creative mindset, openness to tackling new challenges, and collaborative team player with a supportive approach.

Hourly pay: Undergraduate $25-30/hour, Graduate $35-40/hour (converted to annual: Undergraduate $52,000-$62,400, Graduate $72,800-$83,200 based on 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks).
