Interactive Media and Instructional Designer

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to plan, scope and develop requirements for all Lucid Body Repair Program and Service curriculum.
• Design and develop course material for Instructor-led training and web-based delivery via LMS systems.
• Produce engaging learning experiences incorporating interactives, animations, videos, and photography for Body Repair and Service training courses.
• Implement continuous improvement of training curriculum and ensure consistency in Lucid branding across all content.

This role creates positive change by developing globally recognized, best-in-class training materials that improve the skills of Lucid technicians, supporting the company's mission to create luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and promote sustainability.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in training or instructional design field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong academic record, plus adult learning or training and assessment certificate.
• High proficiency with eLearning development tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge/experience of automotive repair terminology and theory of operation, plus strong project management and editorial skills.

Competitive salary range of $81,500 - $112,090 USD annually. Lucid offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. Eligible candidates may participate in Lucid's equity program and/or discretionary annual incentive program.
