Instructional Designer – NAM Training & Development

• Design and develop presentations, e‑learning modules, videos, and supporting materials
• Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive activities aligned with learning objectives
• Write clear, concise content that simplifies complex concepts
• Integrate visuals, animations, and interactive elements to boost engagement

• Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or training content development
• Proficiency with e‑learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring, EasyGenerator)
• Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
